White Truffle Honey, Pear and Gorgonzola Salad


Preparation: 30 minutes  /  Cooking: 30 minutes


  • A generous handful of fresh mixed salad leaves
  • 1 firm, fresh pear
  • 100 grams of Gorgonzola Piccante
  • 2 Tbsp of pine nuts
  • Drizzle of White Truffle Honey

  1. This recipe is for two people.
  2. Dress the plates with the salad leaves
  3. Peel, core and slice the pear into wedges.
  4. Season the pear wedges and pan fry with the pine nuts, turning once or twice until golden brown.
  5. Arrange small, tsp sized pieces of Gorgonzola onto salad leaves.
  6. Then arrange the pear slices and pine nuts on the plates with the salad and Gorgonzola.
  7. Finish with a small drizzle of White Truffle Honey and serve whilst warm.
