Truffle Infused Camembert

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Camembert 250 grams
  • 25 grams Black Winter Truffles

Method

Three days prior to serving, cut the cheese into three horizontal slices,

Step 1:

Three days prior to serving, cut the cheese into three horizontal slices. Shave the truffles and layer evenly onto the cheese.

Step 2:

Reassemble and wrap carefully in cling film.

Step 3:

Store in the refrigerator for three days and remove several hours before serving at room temperature.

Step 4:

Serve with crackers for a luxurious end to a meal or alternatively with a small mixed salad to make an unusual starter.
