Truffle Honey Steak with Asparagus and Sweet Potato


Preparation: 30 minutes  /  Cooking: 30 minutes

  1. Preheat grill to 160-170 °F (or fire up the barbeque)
  2. Season Steak with Truffle Salt to your personal taste.
  3. Pierce the sweet potato with fork on each side, wrap in paper towel and microwave for 8 minutes
  4. Glaze grill pan with some truffle oil
  5. Place Steak on the grill with the asparagus
  6. Cook to your personal preference (around 8 minutes for rare, 12 minutes medium rare and around 15 minutes for well done)
  7. Flip Steak and glaze with truffle honey
  8. Move the Asparagus around to stop them from burning
  9. Meanwhile, fluff potato with a fork and add some Truffle Butter. This will melt into the potato and flavour it throughout
  10. Flip Steak and glaze with Truffle Honey
  11. Move the Asparagus around again.
  12. Add some truffle honey to the potato according to personal taste.
  13. Plate up the Steak and add a small amount of Truffle Butter to the Asparagus.
