Sausages with Black Truffle Mustard and Honey

Ingredients

• • 12 Uncooked Cocktail Sausages
  • 1tbs Olive oil
  • 2tbs Honey
  • 2tsp Black Truffle Mustard

Method

Step 1:  Preheat the oven to 350F Gas Mark 4. In a bowl, mix together the sausages and olive oil and roast for 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix the honey and mustard together and pour over the sausages, returning to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
