2 tbsp vinaigrette (combine 100 ml TruffleHunter English Truffle Oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 tbsp water & a pinch of salt in a screw top jar and shake until it emulsifies)

In a bowl, combine the, Parmesan, chives & the vinaigrette.
Peel the potatoes & cut into quarters length-ways. Top & tail the beans.
Bring 2 pans of lightly salted water to the boil.
Boil the beans & potatoes for about 7 minutes until they are slightly overcooked.(As this is a warm salad make sure they are ready at about the same time).
